My favorite part:
The sheriff said the decision to use SWAT team force was justified because the father was a "self-proclaimed constitutionalist" and had made threats and "comments" over the years.
As a parent who has been forced to make a similiar decision, to go to the hospital or treat my child at home, my prayers and empathy go out to this family. This is a gross misuse of power! As parents we have the right to decide the level of care appropriate for our children. My advice to all parents is to continue to advocate for our kids and the right to raise them with minimal government intervention!
