The only thing the rate cuts do is further help delay the banks demise/implosion. Think of the money you will save ($25k AT LEAST!!!!!) on your mortgage for the next 9-12 months before they kick you out (In fact the banks will PAY YOU to leave even at the end of a foreclosure just to ensure that you don't take the copper pipes or do anything to ruin the place before you are EVENTUALLLLLLLLLLY evicted (the banks are really-backed up right now and are hiring more help in the foreclosure divisions while LAYING OFF their entire new mortgage divisions). - BE WARNED HERE AND NOW - The housing market WILL go to 1990 prices in MOST areas and 1970 prices in some areas (CA, FL, MI, MN, NV, AZ, CO).
